Super cool place I found out today. I used their Supersoak machine and their Superdry machine. Clean and tidy, plus a really chill-modern lounge area with power outlets to wait out the time. The machines look brand new and got the job done quick. The auto detergent dispense was cool too. Got cafes nearby as well. Massive convenience in the winter for us usual sun-dryer people. Definitely will visit again.

Really clean and well maintained machines. Easy to follow instructions. If you plan to come regularly, sign up for the membership and top up your account balances, you will get discount. I top up $50 and got $5 more. Highly recommend!

I needed same day wash and fold on a Saturday on a bank holiday weekend and this location picked up my laundry from my hotel within half an hour of me arranging it, washed, folded and packaged the laundry in an exquisite fashion, and had it back to me at the hotel with a matter of hours. All for a very reasonable fee given the level of service. Just 🤩 wow. Thanks so much!

Not your average laundry mat. Beautiful facility with a great lounge area. Various sizes of washers and dryers from large to massive. Takes about an hour and a half to wash, dry and fold. 10/10 would recommend

Wow!!!!! Soak is amazing!!! From the cosy interior to the new machines, I am hooked! Had to retire my 17 year old Bosch and tried Soak because it has a consistent 5 stars by over 120 reviews - no mean feat! It deserves 10 stars though. Going to Soak has saved me a lot of time. The capacity of the washing machines and dryers are quite large. And Soak's loyalty rewards for prepayment and off-peak hours discount are fantastic! Soak takes good care of its customers. The folding tables are spacious and there are carts to help you move your clothes from the washer to the dryer. Did I say there's a vending machine, too, with drinks, snacks, and of course laundry needs like lint remover and delicates bag. Every detail is well taken cared of. Kudos to the owners! 👏🏼 And Gracias was so helpful with all the questions I've got. I no longer have any plans of buying a new washing machine. I'm a Soak convert! It's literally a pleasurable experience to do laundry at Soak. P.S. It's also right next to Miss Maud for coffee 😉

Amazing people , very nice and helpful. The place is so cozy, you can wait there very comfortably while you do laundry. Machines are super clean and very easy to use. There are 2 sizes, and very good price. So beautiful place ✨

Great experience here, would highly recommend. Machines are new and efficient, and reasonably priced. Lovely setting to wait for your washing in and staff are very friendly and helpful! Would definitely come again!

Seriously the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. If you’re in the area, could not recommend enough. No need to bring your own laundry powder, and very clean and ambient :)

SOAK - fantastic machines multi sizes - that my 25min loads in one time used 4 machines = duve super king XL, wool bed cover king XL, 4 bedsheets XL, weekly clothing 2 basket L dark and multi colours/ load all same time - done in 25min. Then dryer used 30min... used 15min more on wool bed cover which nice option for have lower time. Great place to come and do washing would give 10 out 10 clean machines that do work well, 10 out 10 place safe, clean and have place to seat and chill, music is playing child vibes that making mashine choir enjoyable. Got baskets, trolies to put washing wet or dry and take to folding station. Quick and easy and affordable. My loved Miele 18years washing machine died its sad but I found SOAK where does my task of washing quicker and I got more time for other things. Also they do provide pick up and drop off on weekdays too for busy people.

Awesome laundromat overall and super great for travelers. The washing machines automatically dispense soap and softener so no need to worry about that. All the machines are super new, clean, and work well. There is also really fast free wifi. I would be happy to come back next time I am in Perth.
